We accept both domestic (Norway) and international orders.

  • All domestic orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 11am - 9pm.
    All international orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 11am - 5pm.


  • We use The Norwegian Postal Service (Posten / Bring) for domestic orders.
  • We ship all international orders using DHL Express GOGREEN (1-3 business days). We have chosen the GOGREEN option to offset for the carbon emissions created delivering your order.


Order Tracking

All parcels will be provided with a tracking number, and we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 1 day before the tracking information is available.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.


VAT or Customs Tax

We don't charge any taxes on international orders, but local VAT or customs fees may apply. We are not responsible for any local VAT or customs fees added by your country/region on import.

HEVN has no way of knowing what these charges will be as they vary by country and are based off the price you paid when purchasing on the HEVN website. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. HEVN is not responsible for any additional charges when they occur, and by law we cannot declare prices lower than their actual value.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.



Our refund policy on returns is 14 days. This means you have to send us an email within 14 days after receiving your order to tell us whether you would like to exchange the item(s) or you want a refund. And you have to return the items to us.

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original unused, unworn, unaltered condition. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags on. We do not accept returns on products that are intimate, like underwear.

If you live in Norway: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you need to fill out the form "Angrefrist", which can be downloaded here. Please add your bank details (including IBAN and SWIFT) to the form if you want a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Any items lost or damaged before they reach us is your sole responsibility.

If you receive any item(s) in a damaged/flawed state, you have to contact us immediately and provide us with photos and written information as documentation. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, but we will refund the original shipping costs to you when we receive the damaged goods in return, provided that they, apart from the faults described, are in their original, unused, unworn, unaltered condition and with all tags on.



If your returned goods are in like new condition, you may exchange them for a different size, color or style.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your bank account.

If the local carrier is not able to deliver the package to you, or you choose not to pick it up before the delivery window ends and the package is returned to us, we will deduct a convenience and restocking fee of 30% of the order total or minimum NOK 500,- from your refund.



Purchase of goods on is subject to Norwegian law. Any dispute is settled by the Norwegian courts.
